We evolve our culture together.  How? By soliciting feedback from our team members on an ongoing basis.  We may not act on every single suggestion, but we will respond to every single one We share the rationale for what we don't do and the timeline for what we plan to do - We know that the best ideas come from our team members and if we want ideas to keep flowing we have to show that we listen . Evolving our culture, and our Company, is a team effort.

We fail and succeed as one family.  We are not a 'gotcha' workplace. When things go wrong, as they invariably do, we stick together. We know that innovation can't happen in an environment where honest mistakes aren't tolerated .  We encourage new ideas and we try to learn quickly from our missteps as we continue to grow our business.
