The whole car buying experience was great. My sales rep Jessica Myks was great to deal with. I never once was ignored even on the weekend. She did great with communication and understood what I was looking for. The delivery of the vehicle was great too! The only down fall was, I have to wait for a copy of the contract through the mail before I can get my tag transferred. Overall I recommend Carite for anyone who wants a great car buying experience.
Customer satisfaction is what drives a buisness. Although, I have brought my concerns to the attention of my sales person. I feel it is worth sharing with other salesmen to prevent disappointment. In the middle of a pandemic safety should be first and foremost. Disinfecting the vehicles between customers and especially during a sale some how should be incorporated. I am a woman and tires, oil, basic maintenance is typically the first things you would assure is in tack. I have never in my entire life seen an upstanding dealership sale a car with 4 mix match tires. That confirms no basic mechanical check of the brakes have been done or nothing in that matter to prepare for delivery. Lastly and definitely not least. A simple car wash and paper mats were never a thought. I hope for the next customers your checklist is balanced against your integrity.
