Like everyone we all have our own horror stories about car dealerships, I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a salesman and the dealership. I was in a very financial spot with bad credit. Like most people I had less than a $1,000.00 to put down. They put me in a 2020 SUV with a bumper to bumper warranty and got me the financing I needed to rebuild credit. No high pressure salesman. I highly recommend Carite in Cocoa, Fl to everyone.

I'm sure if you live in the area this is a great place, out of state. What a hassle, you figure you would get it all done when you buy the car and it gets here. But man, calling you and emailing to send more and more. Rather than just getting it all in one shot. What a joke, I will never buy out of state. Never again lol. Other than that, I'm sure they're great, I just had a horrible experience. Heer is a great person and will help you for sure. Neil, that salesman. Pretty short about things but he's a salesman, they don't give a shit.except to make the sale, so why would they tell you what's wrong with the car because you can't go to the dealership to see. Car looks great in photos, until you get it. 3rd row seat didn't work. Gapping on the back doors are off really bad!! Back passenger side door button didn't work. Never wanted to mention it I suppose. Other than that, it was a great price but it would have been nice to know. Also, the tailgate is faulty. Already have it at a dealership going through the issues. I highly recommend if ever buying out of state, ask a shit ton of questions. I get what I get though. My star rating isn't against the dealership it's against the long drawn out processes of this and no information about things that should be stated. I won't ever say don't buy from them, because I'm very sure they're great people. I'm very sure the dealership is amazing and nice as well. Again, just a horrible experience for me.
John and Neil were fantastic and worked with me all day to get me a car to drive off that day!
We spoke to Heer (finance manager) the day before and made an appt for first thing in the morning. We got there a little early and Niel (salesman) was already outside waiting for us. We saw the car we requested as well as other cars similar to our needs. We loved that there was no pushing to just get a sale. We stuck with our first choice and the process was super quick. Spent a little over an hour (an hour and 12 minutes) for everything. It's great to not spend the whole day waiting in a dealership!!! Definitely will recommend!
